What's included in the package price?

The listed price includes the toilet itself plus standard professional installation — that means removing the old toilet, inspecting the flange, setting the new toilet on a fresh wax ring with new bolts, and connecting the water supply and testing for leaks.

What if my flange is broken or the subfloor is rotted?

Accepted Answer

We inspect the flange when we remove the old toilet. If a new flange is required, or if there is subfloor or joist damage, we stop and quote the extra labor before doing any additional work. You approve first, always.

Question 3

Do you replace flooring or fix general plumbing?

Accepted Answer

No. We only sell and install toilets. We don't do flooring of any kind, and we don't handle general plumbing (running lines, water heaters, etc.). Keeping our scope narrow is how we stay fast and transparent.

Question 4

How long does a typical install take?

Accepted Answer

Most standard swaps are complete in one visit — usually 60–90 minutes on-site. If additional work is needed, we'll let you know before we start.

What's your refund policy?

If the job has not been started yet, you get a full refund of any payments made. New Toilet Today also reserves the right to cancel a job for any reason (in which case any payments are fully refunded).

Our headquarters is in Clearwater, FL — the primary install crew covers Tampa Bay, Lakeland, Orlando and Fort Myers. We also run a satellite crew out of Farmington Hills, MI serving southeast Michigan. Can I get a quote without buying online?

Absolutely. Use the Request Estimate page to pick a toilet, tell us if any additional work may be needed, and (optionally) upload photos or ask for a free on-site estimate. We'll email you an itemized written estimate.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payments will be processed securely via Stripe once wired in. Right now this MVP records your order and signed agreement so the owner can follow up to arrange payment.
