Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of toilets and professional toilet installation services by New Toilet Today ("NTT", "we", "our", "us") to consumers ("Customer", "you"). By placing an order or booking an installation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Our scope is limited to removal of the existing toilet, assessment of the flange, and professional installation of the new toilet (including wax ring, bolts, and water connection). We do not perform any flooring work of any kind. We do not perform general plumbing work.
2. Additional Work
If a new closet flange is required, or if subfloor or floor-joist repairs are needed, additional labor charges will be added to the installation. These charges will be assessed on-site and quoted/approved by the Customer before any additional work is begun.
3. Right to Cancel & Refunds
New Toilet Today reserves the right to cancel a job for any reason. If the job has not been started, the Customer will receive a full refund of any payments made.
4. Service Area
Our primary service area is Florida — Clearwater, the greater Tampa Bay Area, Lakeland, Orlando and Fort Myers — with a secondary crew serving southeast Michigan out of Farmington Hills. Orders placed outside our service area may be cancelled with full refund. Use the Service Area page to enter your ZIP and confirm instantly.
5. Signed Agreement
Before payment is finalized, the Customer must review and e-sign the Service Agreement acknowledging these terms.
