Pick your package
Every toilet on our shop page shows an all-in package price — that's the toilet plus standard professional installation.
- Package price = toilet + install (wax ring, bolts, water connection)
- Add-ons (flange, subfloor, joists) are quoted on-site before we start
- Add to cart or go straight to checkout

Sign the service agreement
You'll review a plain-English contract and e-sign it before payment.
- Explicit scope: we install toilets — no flooring, no general plumbing
- Right to cancel with full refund before work starts
- Additional-work clause spelled out clearly

We install it
A licensed pro shows up, removes the old toilet, and installs the new one — usually in a single visit.
- Old toilet removed and hauled
- Flange inspected — extra work quoted if needed
- New toilet set, sealed, and tested for leaks
04
You're done
We leave the space clean, walk you through your new toilet, and email you a receipt.
